The discovery of the E2 Mantra began with my years of practice with traditional mantra technology, followed by a profound vision in 2023. This vision revealed the need for a universal mantra to dissolve separation and unify humanity.
In 2024, a dream guided me to the highest realms of Source Consciousness, where I received the E2 Mantra. The mantra’s root sounds were given as a direct transmission to help accelerate human evolution.
Guided by Source Intelligence, I developed the practices and teachings around the E2 Mantra to ensure it could serve as a powerful tool for transformation and Oneness.
The E2 Mantra has already transformed the lives of its earliest initiates, who experienced profound healing, elevated states of consciousness, and a renewed connection to Source Energy.

Man-tra is a Sanskrit word that means stopping the mind. E2 mantra holds true to the meaning of the word – it takes one into the depths of stillness present within all of us, where there is calm, peace and tranquility. Using it daily keeps me focused and clear, it not only helps me but also those around me.
The E2 Mantra Everyone Receives Is the Same “Mantra”
This sets the intention to unify the consciousness ( vibration) of humanity and accelerate the vibrational frequencies to be in alignment with Source Consciousness. The Beginning
Audree had been using the technology of mantra from Marharishi Mahesh Yogi and the TM Organization, since 2015. It was one of the many tools and teachings she used to evolve her consciousness
In February 2023 Audree had a mystical vision that led her into the advanced power of mantra as a way to accelerate her evolution of consciousness. She did this with the and
Audree studies went very deep into the science and Vedic Knowledge from where this technology comes from. She experienced the vibrational importance and effects to shift her into higher consciousness, yet Audree began to gain insights into what was missing from this technology. She used her guidance to ask questions and receive answers. She questioned, Why do we each have different mantras? As she questioned answers came…..The awareness that individual mantras keep us as individuals. We are continuously bound by separation. And that’s what began an impulse to correct this issue of separation.
Audree meditated and used the root sounds based on the knowledge she read in the Vedas. The energy was not that different from what she had been using since 2015. So she didn’t think there was anything to her insights.
A Dream
In July of 2024, Audree had a profound dream. Where she greeted her teacher that she had been studying with since 2012. She was then taken through a strange chakra she had never seen before, it looked like buildings on top of each other surrounded by white light- she thought it might have been Shambala. She began to fly over this place and then go up towards the clouds and light. There she saw many ascended masters and gods from various religions- they were so happy to see her. Yet she kept going up into a giant ball of light and entered into what she thinks as the White Light of Source Consciousness- some call the Paramjoythi. This was the end of the dream and she woke up.
Four days later as Audree was walking through her house the E2 Mantra spontaneously came to her. Very distinctly the root sounds were received. So she explored Mantra sounds with meditation to experience how they affect the physical and energetics of the body. The experiences were very powerful and each time Audree reached a very high vibrational state of consciousness.
After several weeks of experience, Audree was given instructions of how to share the E2 Mantra with others. The instructions were very clear, precise and came from her direct access to Source Intelligence and years of experience with guidance.
The guidance of what this E2 Mantra is, was very specific. The E2 Mantra gives direct access to Source Consciousness (or whatever you prefer to call it). This is access to the highest vibrational frequencies of Source, known and unknown in this Universe and beyond.
The Mantra
To Audree, this benediction of receiving the Mantra was in itself a blessing, yet to then be given instructions to share the E2 Mantra was very unexpected. Audree’s evolution, growth of consciousness and the development of very profound and powerful techniques to shift consciousness was more than enough to share with her students.
Audree was told to share the E2 Mantra with humanity. The E2 Mantra will be one of the technologies that will unify the consciousness of humanity. This profound blessing of the E2 Mantra for Humanity was a surprise and beautiful gift that Audree did not expect .
When Audree felt ready, she initiated to 2 people and taught them how to use the E2 Mantra. These Initiates had the same results Audree experienced. They experienced the ease of getting into higher vibrational frequencies, the powerful enlightened state of consciousness and the peaceful effects of direct connection to Source Consciousness. They also experienced rapid healing on emotional, energetic levels and the need to sleep for many hours after meditating with the Mantra.
It was at this time Audree felt ready to share the Mantra with the students of the advanced teachings of her work with her husband Michael K. Sahota and attending The Academy of Evolutionary Leadership. It was also at this time where she began to learn the name of the mantra was The E2 Mantra and that it was part of the larger body of techniques to complete a system that can rapidly evolve consciousness.
